About this house sitting position in Forcett

We are looking for a clean, responsible, animal loving person or couple.

We have 2 cherished chickens and Banjo our much loved Kelpie pup.

2 bedroom cottage on acreage close to beaches, hiking, wineries and 30 minutes from Hobart. We are looking for someone/ couple who can care for our puppy and home as we do whilst enjoying our beautiful piece of paradise.

Banjo has a lot of energy so requires someone who will entertain him with long walks and playing frisbee/ ball with him morning and evening. He loves the beach (and its the best way to burn up some of his energy) so ideally someone who will take him to the beach and play fetch with him. (Beach is 5 min drive, dog park is 7 min drive).
Banjo is very social and curious, energetic and loves joining you on drives/ adventures (if you choose to) but also loves snuggling up.

Duties include exercising Banjo twice a day, feeding him, checking & feeding the chickens & replacing their straw (weekly) along with cleaning the cottage at the end of your stay.

The cottage is completely self contained, with bathroom, queen beds and kitchen facilities.

Help yourself to our fresh chicken eggs and veggies from the garden.

We are looking for someone/ couple who can house/pet sit for 2 weeks.
Dates being 2nd August 2023 (handover day) through to 19th August 2023. We would consider sitters who have a dog/s that are social and happy to play with Banjo.
