About this assignment
Someone who is confident with animals and rural locations. Our 2 dogs love hooman company, and are quite spoilt by us. Our cats are pretty independent so it is mostly the other animals. They all love a bit of fuss.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
2 dogs,3 cats, 5 goats, 2 sheep and 3 chickens, along with a herd of wild deer! Feed and fresh water daily for outside animals. Lots of fuss and cuddles for indoor animals.
What are the good features of the property and location
Beautiful, quiet and rural location. Plenty of open spaces fantastic walks and beautiful local areas, with historic towns. Lassay-les-Châteaux is our nearest town, with a fantastic bakery! We have 31 acres to explore.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We are 10 minutes drive from our nearest town so car is a must. Larger towns are around 20 minute drive. Local town has everything you need.

We were well received by humans and dogs alike. Had a pleasant meal and were shown the ropes. A synopsis with everything that's impotant and a grand tour around the house and grounds. And lovely grounds they are, lots of space for both dogs to run around, for the goats to wander and both sheep to be. The cats are lovely to sit and play with. We had a good time as well as with the animals and making some trips. Very good stay.
