Modern north-facing penthouse apartment in Braddon within walking distance of the city centre. Close to restaurants, shops and a park.

Two bedrooms, office, large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen. Beautiful balcony area, great view, with bbq and outdoor area. Internet, Telstra tv, and Netflix are available.

Neat and clean, we are fussy and particular with our home so would prefer someone who agrees.

Two lovely small dogs to look after, a three-year-old female and an eight-year-old male - both Lhasa Apso's who require a short walk twice a day. Our dogs are used to being with us for long periods, so we need people who are willing to spend time with them and let them sleep on their beds!

There are bonsai and a few potted trees on an irrigation system on the balcony that just need an eye kept on that everything is working properly. One indoor plant that needs water every 3-4 days.

We would need someone willing to pick up our mail from our post office box in Civic on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and just leave it at home for our return.

Looking for an experienced mature couple. Non-smoking home. References and police checks would be preferred. Parking can be difficult here so if you require garage space please let me know as it can be arranged, also offsite parking for a caravan is about 50klm away.
