Our house is a 4-br 1980s passive solar home on a large block in Kaleen, ACT.
We are a retired couple and we have a 7-year-old Burmese cat who is beautiful and very spoiled. He is a lovely boy but sometimes he bites :( You have to be a bit careful and get to know him, and then you will love him. He will sit in your lap and be very affectionate once he knows you! He is used to company, so we need someone who can be here at least in the evenings. Otherwise, we are looking for someone who can keep our house tidy, mow the lawn if it needs it, and look after our cat! We'd prefer a single person.
