Short Notice - We are looking for someone to live at the house and walk the dogs - 2 small Border Terriers - twice a day around a standard 2km loop minute walk). Nice location with beach access, kayaks, mtn bikes. Local hiking and mtn bike trails.
The house is quiet, one neighbor, next to a park. No parties, no smoking. If you want to experience Nanaimo, like kayaking on the ocean, or biking around town or in the hills, this would be a great fit.
Access to a vehicle if you have a DL in good standing - will require an abstract to get you insured - I will cover insurance cost if required.
