Beautiful modern 2 bed/2 bath home recently renovated in rural Tasmania, with views to vineyards, farms and Mt Wellington. An easy 30 minutes to Hobart, with 2 friendly border collie/kelpie cross dogs (10 YO), our house cat (16) and 2 horses (paddocked). The garden will not need attention during this winter period - a few indoor plants need water once only. We are away on a cruise from Sydney to Cairns. While you stay, enjoy our modern brick home with a warm sunroom in winter months, pizza oven, ducted air conditioning, gardens and scenic country walks. Meals and live music at historic Richmond Arms hotel, as well as shops and walks by Coal River. The Smart TV can be connected to Netfix or Stan if required. Pets & farm animals
We would like our house sitters to walk our dogs Koby & Bubba once each day, Our cat Dougie is to be kept inside at night, and the horses are paddocked but do like an occasional carrot as well
