About this house sitting position in Tiwi

Looking for a dog lover!
We have a lovely clean and spacious home in Tiwi with a beautiful and gentle bull arab named Billie. She is 3.5 years old.
She is walked in the morning for around 30-40 minutes, and once again in the afternoon when it is cool, for 10-20 minutes. If she is walked, she is a very good dog and mostly sleeps and comes for a pat every so often.
Billie sleeps outside but hangs put inside while your home.
She is fed twice daily breakfast and dinner.
We have a plunge pool to cool off in, and nice big backyard, with plenty of room for parking inside a secure high gate.
We have a garden that needs to be watered, semi reticulated. And some indoor plants and ones undercover that require water twice per week.
We are looking for someone who is able to walk Billie, give her pats, feed her meals and water the lawn/garden while making yourself at home respectfully.
We are walking distance to beach and shops, surf club Cafe and our home is in a nice quiet street. We have a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor area and you will sleep in our guest room with your own bathroom.
