About this house sitting position in GAWLER EAST

Hi, we are Chris (animal health/science consultant) and Christine (registered paediatric nurse). For the past 10 years, we have also owned a venison processing and marketing business.
We are empty nesters with our two children living independently, We are both recently retired and we would love to start travelling more around our great land.
We are outdoors people, enjoy camping, travelling, kayaking, riding, our garden and of course our gorgeous Labrador Ella.
There will be some places we want to visit where we can't take Ella and we'd also like the comfort of knowing our home, garden, dog, cat and chickens are being cared for whilst we are away.
It would be great if we can find someone who can come on a regular basis so Ella feels more comfortable about being left at home.
Our home is a 15 minute drive from the famous Barossa Valley wine district. We are in a perfect central location, being less than a one hour drive from the city of Adelaide, beaches, Adelaide hills and the mighty Murray River.
Experiences are endless, including visiting famous wineries such as Jacobs Creek, Penfolds, Saltrams, dining with world wide cuisine using predominantly fine local produce.
Hiking, cycling, kayaking, fishing are all accessible in the local area.
We are within walking distance (1km) of the main shopping strip and supermarkets, trains and buses, gyms and scenic walking trails.
Our home is on a quarter acre block with a fairly large garden consisting of multiple fruit trees, herbs, flowering plants and seasonal vegetables. The garden is predominantly self watered by irrigation, but some hand watering may be necessary in the drier, warmer weather. There are several sitting areas around the front and back yards for quiet reading in the shade or sunning.
We have lovely neighbours and a relatively quiet street.
There is plenty of indoor space with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas, wifi, smart TV, relatively new kitchen, and all necessary conveniences for comfortable living.
Our guest bedroom has recently had a makeover, so is fresh and relaxing. There is hanging space for clothes and some shelf/drawer space. All linen will be provided.
Ella, our 5yo lovable Labrador will need to be walked each day. She will also need to be brushed each day and her doggy doo will be picked up regularly. Ella loves to play fetch with her outside toys. She is well trained and knows several tricks and some sign language.
Timmy our 4.5yo cat is quite timid but will warm up to you and loves tummy rubs. He also loves to be brushed. They are both fed twice/day.
We have 4 chickens so the eggs will need to be collected each day and they will get the food scraps.
It would be preferable to have a sitter who can be around most of the day as Ella is used to having us around and she does have a bit of separation anxiety when we are away.
