Comfortable home with bedrooms on first floor. Our lot backs up to Chagrin Country Golf course. Chagrin Falls is a lovely town 4 miles away with shopping and restaurants and of course the Falls! Great neighbors!

Mario is very laid back and easy to care for. He likes to eat through out the day and he will also let you know! He also likes to sleep! He needs no medications. Litter box needs to be scooped daily.
