CAT SITTER SOUGHT

Seeking non smoker who loves cats and would love to stay in my lovely little unit for a 5-6 week period while loving on my beloved snuggles.
Snuggles is a beautiful petite female moggy cat of 20 years of age. She is quite active and loves to be outside on warm sunny days. Especially if you’re in the yard. Although she usually gets fed breakfast and dinner she can also graze throughout the day because she has an overactive thyroid and so cannot be left to her own devices or just fed and out outside. Although as I said she does love the sunshine and being outside with someone in the garden. Plus she defecates there and not in her litter.

She loves to snuggle while also loving her independence. Recently she has taken to being inside most of the time in front of a low set heater (#2) and will let you know when she needs to go out. Of a night time she lives nothing more than to lay all over me when I lay down on the couch with her pink blanket. It’s kind of a signal that we’re settling in for the night. Assuming you don’t mind sharing.

She toilets outside during the day and usually doesn’t need to at night as long as she’s toileted after her dinner before settling in for the night. I leave the laundry and bathroom doors open and have an “emergency” litter for those just in case moments when she needs to wee overnight.

We are a 5 minute walk from the local shopping centre, eateries, cinema, bus and tram. There are also another 2 shopping centres just minutes away where you can shop or browse if that is your thing.

Knox city is a mere 15 minutes away and the city is just 35 minutes by car via the eastern freeway so there are plenty of access points and things to keep you occupied in your own time.

Of course there is internet and TV but it is just a small one.

In my gorgeous little garden there are many seated areas and places to enjoy some rest time or share a cuppa with a friend.

I also have a cleaner who comes Friday’s if you’re ok with her coming still. I don’t want her to be without her income while I’m gone.
