About this house sitting position in Ballajura

We are looking for a trustworthy, non-smoking sitter to look after our home and placid 6 year old gentleman greyhound "Snookie". We are 2 doors away from extensive parks and two daily 20-30 min walks through the neighbourhood would be requested for Snookie. We have a 4x2 (but only 2 beds) brick home with an above-ground pool. Parking is available in our driveway. A supermarket is about 600m away and the Galleria shopping centre with cinema is a 15-20 minute drive. Having someone making the house look lived in and allowing our lovely pooch to remain in his own familiar environment are our main goals.
