** EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - Assistance needed in exchange for accommodation and living expenses**

SEA CHANGE – 3 or 4 month rotational stint in tropical Darwin Waterfront, Northern Territory: We are currently looking for a Assistant/Caretaker (or couple) to live-in on site to assist with some help around our property business (3 hours per day) and walking of our pooches.

We are looking for a retired or semi retired person (please dont apply if you arent in this category - we want to support this age group) to assist us 3 - 4 hours per day (M-F) assisting in our business and walking our pooches in exchange for living in a beautiful luxury self contained 1 1/2 bedroom apartment at the Waterfront.

Benefits include:-

· Onsite Accommodation in a 1 1/2 bedroom self contained luxury apartment with amazing view; Queen Bed in the master, 2nd room has small bed + desk. Fully airconditioned, with TV and Steaming TV (FETCH/ Netflix) including electricity & water (Wifi & Streaming TV) and Toyota 5 seater Yaris vehicle (automatic) will be supplied

· Smallonsite living allowance (pocket money)

·Beautiful Location at Darwin’s waterfront precinct, right in Darwin City (NorthernTerritory)

Generalduties Include:-

- Assistingwith cleaning & tidying of some apartments

- General property maintenance trouble shooting and assistancewhere possible

- Walking owners dogs daily

The successful applicant must have a friendly and outgoing personality and have good communication skills. Unfortunately this exchange doesnt allow your pets to stay with us Im sorry.
The position requires school holiday and the odd weekend.

The successful applicant will also be required to:

- help out up to 4 hours per day plus walk dogs daily :-)

- Have a full Australian drivers license

Ideally this would suit a mature person/couple that is retired or semi retired wanting a sea change.
