About this house sitting position in Avalon Beach

We need a female house sitter that can look after a 16-year old female student who is living with us during her one-year stay in Australia. We also need the house sitter to water our plants and front garden. We're going overseas for 5 weeks. Our house is a charming country-style home on a quiet street. Experience true Australian beach lifestyle, culture and scenery. Easy 8 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafés. Located on Sydney’s beautiful Northern Beaches, the house has a beautiful leafy outlook with huge wrap around deck boasting two covered alfresco terraces. Watch Australian native birds such as kookaburras, rainbow lorikeets, king parrots and cockatoos. If you are a nature lover, you can even take a bushwalk through the stunning Angophora Reserve, only one minute away on foot from the house. Eight minute walk to public transport with buses running regularly to the city.
