Our 4-bedroom home in southwest Boulder borders on city Open Space lands, with hiking trails starting from our yard. Great views of the Flatirons. On the Skip bus line to local markets, downtown, and Pearl Street.

We have one cat, Joey, age 16. Joey is timid and fairly blind, but can be coaxed. We have a dog, Foster, who we adopted last year from my sister. He's freindly, and loves peopl and dogs. Both Joey and Foster like to have people around.
