4 Bedroom house with small back yard, situated within a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars & supermarket. Close to river with lovely walks into town area. Weber bbq and pizza oven for use on back deck area.
Two small Tibetan Spaniels, requirying daily walk and 2 feeds a day. Have their own outdoor kennels. A brush/groom once a week.

Pets & farm animals

2 x small Tibetan Spaniels, (one older and quite slow these days, but younger brother still energetic) Need to be walked once a day and groomed once a week if needed. Also fed twice a day and water bowls refreshed daily.

House Tasks

Water gardens and indoor pot plants a couple of times a week. Put wheelie bins out on rubbish day if need be.
