About this house sitting position in Kenmore

We have a energetic Belgium Shepard who requires someone who is confident with dogs. He is not good with children or other dogs (getting grumpy in his old age) as he can be a bit 'nervy'. He loves to go for a run but would still love a regular walk. He's our fur baby and is not comfortable being left alone over night so needs someone who will be around. We also have a cat who thinks he is a dog (the dog wishes he could be the cat) and this makes for an interesting house. As you can tell we are very conscious of finding someone who will really put our two boys first.
My husband is a 'techy' & one of the first things he has installed is a home cinema room with a 4mtr screen with projector.
The backyard out look is over tree tops to the hills with a pool which is easy maintenance. We have a few plants that need watering but nothing too major.
We are 2k walk to our local shops and on a regular bus route.
The house is all one level and low maintenance with lovely big windows for cross breezes.
