We live on a 250 acre/100Ha farm in the beautiful hills of Bindoon, Western Australia and would like a sitter for our 2 small dogs. We also have 3 pet Alpacas who live with around 60 beef cows and their calves, all of which which are self sufficient in grassy paddocks. (The Alpacas come visit for their vege peelings).

The house is a comfortable 3 bed/2 bath with all the usual conveniences- good WiFi, Reverse-cycle Air-con/DW/Foxtel, wood heater, etc. No carpets. The stunning valley views are almost 360 degrees and enjoyed from both open and glass enclosed verandahs, as well as from most of the rooms in the house.

Our 2 dogs are small and very friendly, (poodle/maltese and young toy poodle), and are happy to go on the 'gator' (4 WD all-terrain "buggy") to look at the cows, check the creek for turtles, and just keep company with us/you, and are happy to play and entertain themselves outside and inside.

There is shed space for a caravan/RV.

Bindoon is a beautiful area, famous for citrus, a wine trail through Chittering, 2 lakes, and beautiful farmland. It is approx a 1 1/4 hour from the big city centres of Midland and Joondalup. The small town has all the shops that are needed for day-to-day living, and is a friendly town.
We look forward to house-sitters to come and be able to enjoy living here as much as we do!
