I am in a 1 bedroom unit that has a small garden at the back and place for 1 vehicle under a carport. It has an open plan kitchen/ dining area an it is fully furnished. My cat lives with me and she enjoys a roll in the sand/ grass in the garden but has her seat in the lounge.
