About this house sitting position in GLENORCHY
Looking for a non smoker to sit my 3 bedroom home on quiet side street, older weatherboard house that has been renovated. No Pets, Children or smoking allowed. There are two small tanks of fish and a pond with fish in it to be looked after plus outdoor plant pots and indoor plants. The house has Internet, an air conditioner, solar hot water and power and has a security alarm and outside cameras. Glenorchy is a City so has plenty of shops, cinema, two pools (one indoor more an excercise pool with spa) and an outdoor Pool, YMCA, gyms, ice skating rink and a mountain bike park all within easy reach. Glenorchy central is a 20 minute walk away or catch the bus. Hobart is 15-20 minutes away by car or you can get the bus to there.
