About this house sitting position in Swansea
Our home is situated in Swansea on the east coast of Tasmania. Swansea is a mecca for tourists and lots of Tasmanians who live either north or south have holiday houses here. Swansea is around 1.5 hours from both Hobart and Launceston.
The house is on a flat block and has 3 bedrooms (one is a sewing room/office), a large central living room with adjoining dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other rooms have a full bathroom and separate toilet. There is an outdoor enclosed sunroom at the back of the house.
We have no pets but two elderly wild ducks live in our yard as their safe haven. We feed them as well as the many wild ducks in the area. Our home is opposite a creek and large park which is called the Duck Park as there are lots of ducks living there.
We need someone to move in, look after our home and the ducks.
