A quiet 2 bedroom apartment (1 of 2) on a lovely street in St Kilda East. The apartment features spacious rooms and the bathroom has a bath if you fancy a pamper.There is a big back yard, shared between the two apartments, that gets plenty of sun.The most important thing is our cat- who is indoors only. She is timid at first but very loving & playful so we are looking for someone who is great with cats to make sure she's fed, watered, happy and healthy.If suitable, it would be good to have a brief crossover period to help her adjust.The property is close to shops, cafes and Chapel street, as well as Alma Park.Any questions please reach out!

Cat is fed twice a day, with treats at nighttime to bribe for cuddles. Water changed daily. She is indoor only so important to be mindful of doors and windows.
