Wagin is located 227kms (21/2hr drive) south east of Perth off the Albany Highway. It is a small country town with a population of around 2000. It is a very friendly town and has full facilities, Dr, hospital, chemist, District High School. We have an 18 hole golf course, bowling greens, football oval, art and craft centre and care and share facilities. The town has 2 supermarkets, deli, butcher, newsagent and a coffee shops. Nearby towns 50kms away in each direction have Coles & Woolies. Wagin is very central to Albany, Bunbury, Mandurah and Perth each being a couple of hours drive. Esperance is around a 4hr drive.
Our home is situated on a half acre block on the edge of town and in a very quiet area.I have enclosed a photo of the house. We have an air conditioner a tile fire for warmth in winter and solar hot water and solar panels which cover our electricity account. The house is 3 x 2 with family room and formal lounge/dinning and is well maintained.
