We have a 2 level, 4 bedroom home on 1000m2 block that is close to the beach and town of Port Macquarie.

We have a beautiful ginger cat named Gracie who is 12 years old. I am a lover of indoor plants so we will need the green babies cared for as well as Gracie. She is very timid little girl who loves to snuggle up on your lap once she is comfortable with you.

We have space at the front of our house for you to park a caravan, boat or trailer if needed.

We have recently finished renovating the house and our favourite space is the large undercover deck overlooking our backyard.

We are 2.3km from Flynn’s Beach, 2.8Km from Town Beach and 2.7km from Port Central Shopping Centre.
Waniora shopping village (butcher, chemist, Spar supermarket, liquorland & hairdressers) is only 1.6km up the road. Very central location to the Port Macquarie city centre.
