I have a modern one bedroom apartment with all of the mod cons including aircon and dishwasher, there is a study area for working from home. Great location, only 15mins walking to St Kilda beach. Loads of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance and a supermarket 50 metres away. I have a super soft and snuggly 3yo male ginger cat, Gavin. He's pretty easy going and gentle, he just needs company and to be fed twice a day.
