About this house sitting position in George Town

We are looking for a couple to house and dog sit for about a month here in George Town. Preference given to non-smokers with references.
Our small 3bdr house overlooks the Tamar. It is well insulated and has 2 sources of heating.
Our dog is a strong, active 5 year old German Short-haired pointer. Lily sleeps inside and is happy if she gets a run in the local off leash dog park most days. She is a pointer so needs a firm hand when out on a lead but is well-behaved with a lovely nature.
If you are wanting to explore northern Tasmania. George Town is central and has most services, a short drive to beautiful Low Head and 35 min to Launceston.
