I have a comfortable house, 20 minutes walk to beach and shops, In the foothills of Arthurs Seat so a good walks from the house, easy access to Two Bays walk from the front door. I have a dog who will need feeding and an occasional walk, he's old so not too far and on the lead, also a cat and chicken who will need feeding. Veggies in the garden and fresh eggs. There are bees on the property but will not need any attention
