Neat and tidy 3 bedroom family home with 2 large living rooms (1 downstairs with laundry/second bathroom) on a sloping block. Lovely views from our large rear deck/balcony over well maintained reserve/creek with direct access to same. If you are lucky you may spot some yellow tailed black cockatoos in the nearby trees along with many other bird species. Landscaped low maintenance gardens (nothing for you to do) and cleaner attends fortnightly. Ducted heating and cooling throughout and gas log fire in main living area. Double carport fits 2 cars and driveway is quite steep (plenty of street parking if you are not game to tackle our driveway). Friendly neighbourhood and easy access to public transport. 1.3km walk to tram stop and Keilor Road shop and cafe strip. Bus stop within 200m. Washing machine but no dryer however plenty of space to hang clothes inside in poor weather.
We have one chicken who freely roams our backyard and an affectionate, naughty indoor Burmese cat/kitten who will be 7 months old (litter trained).
