Our apartment is one bedroom with a large balcony on the top floor (10th) of the building facing the Yarra Valley Park approximately 3k from Melbourne city. The building has a gym and pool facilities. A Woolworths supermarket is on the ground floor. We are close to public transport with a number of buses and train station (across the road).
Pets & farm animals
We have an 13 year old Cavoodle (Lucy) who is quite active and enjoys company. She likes to have a couple of walks a day but otherwise is happy just to be around people.
House Tasks
Take Lucy for walks, and general care. Collect mail.
