About this house sitting position in Sandgate

Our home is a cottage near the sea. We live 2 minutes from the Sandgate foreshore, 2 minutes to shops (inc Aldi, Woolworths and many others), many cafes/restaurants and a bowls club. The Shorncliffe train line is an easy 5 minute walk (it is a 25 minute ride to the city). Our house is air conditioned and has a new bathroom. It has a large back deck and private back yard. The yard is fully fenced. Non-smokers please. We have a cat and dog - the dog is a bit old and happy to laze around or go for a short walk. The cat is very easy going. We also have a puppy who will be 8 months old during the housesit (he is a small dog). Our little house is comfy and well positioned. Please note that I must ask that you do not pull out of this if you agree to housesit for us. It makes it too hard to line up a new person. Please don't contact me if you require payment for housesitting. This housesit is ideal for a single older lady or older couple.
