About this house sitting position in Duffy

We are heading over to Europe for a long awaited and continuously postponed holiday to visit family and are looking for a house sitter/sitters to look after the place while we're away.
Our home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large, low maintenance backyard.
We're keen DYIers so the house is updated and comfortable with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, a large modern kitchen and open plan lounge/dining area.
We make the most of our sunroom which overlooks the backyard and gets lots of beautiful morning sun.
We have fast nbn and all the streaming apps.

We have three freeloaders who wont get jobs and contribute to the household, no matter how much we encourage them!!!
Poppy (Popsicle) the cat is the oldest and naturally, runs the household. She is a mix short(ish) haired domestic-type cat.
Arnold (Arnie) is our big dopey and lovable boy who we rescued as a 6month old pup. He can be a little skittish sometimes but loves a cuddle and resting his head on anyone's lap. He is also a mix breed, we think ridgeback x pitbull.
Matilda (Tilly) is the baby and is playful and loves to lick... continuously... She is high energy but very very cute!! She is a mix as well. Definitely has terrier of some kind, and maybe staffy.
We also have two chickens - Mary-Jane (we dont know which one is which...) that can be here and provide fresh eggs daily, or we can send them to the farm...
Being chickens, they are very low maintenance and just require some scratching time outside their pen each day.
