Three bedroom house, bedrooms upstairs. The house is located approximately 41 kms from Hobart, about 35 -40 minutes drive. The house is located behind sand dunes with a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We have a small garden with lawn that is green all summer, thanks to bore water supply. The house uses tank water. We have an 11 year old golden cocker spaniel, Henry. We are looking for someone who will look after Henry, walk him and respect, but enjoy our house.
