The house is facing east at 6 Martens Crescent, Weston, ACT 2611, and is mainly constructed of a timber floor and brick-veneer exterior walls. The original house was an ‘L’ shaped Lounge/Dining area, with Kitchen, 3 bedrooms now used as 1 bedroom, a workroom and an office/guest room, bathroom, and toilet. The house has been extended at the back as a split-level with an additional upper floor main bedroom with En Suite, a lower level 'Rumpus Room' (currently used as a multi-use space), and a Laundry. The area connecting the original house and the split-level is used as a small Family Room. The Family Room and the Dining Room both open onto a timber deck. The downstairs 'Rumpus Room' opens onto a brick paved patio area with a pergola over. There is a single car carport on the north side. The main duty is to keep Francoise's (my wife) tomatoes watered, the garden watered in general plus some indoor plants, and to feed and look after two female cats which have been passed onto us by our son, they have been vaccinated, micro chipped and desexed.
We would appreciate having appicants who have been vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus, and are without children, because unfortunately for reasons unknown to us, the cats are not very tolerant with children. Read more...
