About this house sitting position in Mitcham
Small weatherboard cottage. Original house with a unit behind whose owner is very quiet! 2 bedrooms. Some garden watering may be required if the weather is hot. Can organize for a fortnightly cleaner, if required. Have a lawn mowing man every three weeks so no need to mow the lawn. However, if you like weeding you are more than welcome! Great neighbours!
5 year old 'spoiled' cat who believes he is the boss of the house. He is an indoor cat 24 hours. Quite independent and likely to take a while to warm up. Needs powdered medication in his food which has never been an issue. Basic maintenance of his litter box. Would prefer a lady as my cat does not react well with me, believed to be from an experience before I rescued him.
