Beach Surf House in wild beach Peru North Shore

About this assignment

We are looking for a couple. Our House is located on a wild and beautiful beach. This can be a paradise for some or too secluded for others. Couples (or 2 friends) will be better than a solo sitter as they make company to each other.
Responsible and beach lovers.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Sleep / looking after the House (specially at night).
Maintain the House in conditions (clean)
Water plants and take care of the garden.
Enjoy the place! Relax, meditate, read a book on a hammock.

What are the good features of the property and location

The House is open, fresh and comfortable.
Weather in the North Shore is sunny and warm all year round.
Spectacular ocean views (you can enjoy the view from the bed)
You can use and sleep in one of the master bedrooms and use all the House.
It has all the facilities needed, specially considering the remote location (Internet Wifi, electricity, kitchen, fans, TV).
The beach is just a few meters away (but it's not ocean/beach front)
It's a safe area and really tranquil.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The House is located in Punta Farallon, just 400 meters from El Nuro village, a small fishing villa in North Shore Peru.
Even if we are only located 10 minutes south from one of the biggest towns in the area (Los organos), some people can consider this area remote. Please, look at the photos on the profile to make sure and understand where you will stay.
No coffee shops, no markets, no people.
To go to "civilization" you just need to walk down the beach for 5 minutes and take a toktok or public bus to Los Organos. Costs 20 soles (private toktok) or 5 soles (by bus) and takes 15 minutes.
It's a really quiet and safe areaThere is no light pollution and it's dark outside at night.
Some people don't like this, we love it ;)
Water resources are EXTREMELY limited so we will ask you to take a lot of care of water. For example: only one (short) shower per day, do not leave the water running when you brush your teeth or wash dishes.
Electricity is also expensive, so we will also ask to turn off lights at night and be really considered with this.
