Quiet 30-acre property with a creek off Darwin River Dam. High set house. Off grid. Prefer a motor home to stay. Little red heeler cross. Around 3 years old, rescued a year ago can be timid but very sweet and friendly. She will run around the property loves walks. The 10 chickens and a rooster have an automatic coop door. They will need food and water checked and eggs collected. Hope you like eggs :)

I prefer a camper with own facilities as it's a new off grid set up and I can navigate everything, but it can be trying at times. The water point is at the end of the road which I use to fill a 1000lt IBC on a trailer. I also use dam water and will have the 5000lt tank full. Extra can be pumped from the river.

Fans, ac, fridges, water pump, TV and lights are on solar. The house is 3m high with trees out every window, 2 bedrooms, one bath, large lounge and 2 verandahs. The weather is perfect while I'm away and all the markets and dry season events will be on. Great time to enjoy a visit.

Side note
Archie is a Blue faced green Amazon Parrot. I have a separate sitter for him but if anyone is a bird lover let me know. He's a cool dude to hang with and he would be happier at home.
