About this house sitting position in Palm beach

Hi we live in a beautiful place, we have a dog name Max a Boston terrier he is super chill love to go for walks and cuddles.
My teenager step daughter stay at the house as well but she does everything by herself.
We have a studio at the back of the house with its own bathroom for yo to stay.
Walking distance to the beach is 3.5 km and is along the wonderful tallebugera river.
Cafe are walking distance
Supermarket 3 min by car
Enjoy all the good coast nature and turisc things everything no more than 30 min drive.
Our requirements will be :
Maintain the place nice and tidy, carry max for his daily walk around the area or to the beach up to you ( there are two off the leash dog beaches near by )
Feed max twice a day and give him
Water
Open and close windows for ventilation
Put water on plants
No other guest allowed, no party house, our neighbours are very calm.
Our Daugther 16 years old will be doing her life at home as well but she does everything by herself.
